1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy has been developed to inform visitors about our policy regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in case any person decides to use the AVİ application.
By using the AVİ application, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection and use of your information. The collected personal information is used to provide and improve the Service. We undertake not to transfer your information to third parties and not to use it for any other purposes, except as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Application and delete your account.

- Application – the AVİ mobile application.
- Personal Data – name, email, phone, and other identifying information.
- Medical Data – tests, reports, doctor appointments, AI recommendations, insurance data.
- Usage Data – device, IP, logs, error reports.
- User – an individual or legal entity using the Application.
3. Data We Collect
- Personal Data (name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, height, weight).
- Medical Data (tests, reports, appointments, recommendations, diet).
- Usage Data.
- Data from wearable devices (Apple Health, Google Fit, etc., only with consent).
- Geolocation.
4. How We Use Data
- To provide medical services.
- To personalize and give recommendations.
- To communicate with clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and insurance companies.
- To process payments.
- To send notifications and reminders.
- To analyze or evaluate information to improve the Service.
- To detect, prevent, and resolve technical problems.
Geolocation. When you use certain features of the Application, we may collect information about your exact or approximate location, including via IP address or GPS data on your mobile device, in order to improve the quality of our services. Most mobile devices allow you to control or limit location services in the settings menu. We may also collect such information even when you are not using the Application, if location services are enabled or permitted on your device.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Sharing is possible with:
- Clinics, laboratories, doctors, pharmacies, insurance companies (with consent).
- Service providers. We may provide information to authorized external contractors and service providers who provide us with specialized services, including customer support, artificial intelligence, email service, business analytics, marketing (including but not limited to advertising, attribution, deep links, mailing, mobile marketing, optimization and retargeting) (excluding HealthKit information), performance monitoring, hosting, and data processing. Such contractors and service providers cannot use your information for purposes other than providing services to us.
- To provide Services on our behalf.
- Government authorities (as required by law).
- Our affiliates.
- In case of sale or merger of the business.
We may transfer your data to third-party artificial intelligence systems used for processing and analyzing medical information. Such transfer is carried out exclusively for the purpose of providing you with recommendations and improving the quality of our services. These systems must comply with security and confidentiality requirements and cannot use the data for other purposes.
6. Analytics
We use third-party services to monitor and analyze the use of the Service.
- YouTube (Google LLC) — used to store your video preferences. See their privacy policy for details.
- Facebook/Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) — for marketing and content personalization.
- TikTok (Bytedance Technology Pvt. Limited) — for marketing and preference analysis.
- AppsFlyer (AppsFlyer LTD) — to improve user experience and optimize advertising offers.
7. Security
We process your data properly and take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data. Processing is carried out using computers and/or IT tools, as well as encryption and other advanced information protection technologies, in accordance with organizational procedures and methods directly related to the stated purposes.
We may retain certain personal data and other information after the closure or deletion of your account in order to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Whenever possible, we anonymize or de-identify your data.

9. Children
The Application is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable data from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at office@avi.az. If we discover that we have collected Personal Data from children without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.
10. Data Retention
We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services or to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, unless otherwise required.
If you wish to delete your account and personal data, send an email to office@avi.az. We will process your request within 30 days. Full deletion from backups may take up to 90 days. After account deletion, restoration is not possible.
11. Cookies
Cookies are small data files stored on your device. The mobile application does not explicitly use cookies; however, it may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies to collect data and improve services. You can accept or decline cookies and receive notifications when a cookie is sent. If you refuse, some parts of the Service may not work.
12. Use of Cookies
AVİ will collect, process, and securely store information about your visits to better serve users and fulfill legal obligations. AVİ will not use this information outside the purposes and scope described in this Policy. Information about cookies used will be displayed when you first load the application. AVİ may combine online/offline data and use it with information from other sources (e.g., third parties) to show targeted ads, provide special offers, improve content, and determine your preferences.
13. International Users
Data may be stored in Azerbaijan or the EU.
14. Changes
This Policy may be updated. Continued use constitutes consent. If you do not agree with changes, stop using the Service and request deletion of your personal data. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
